Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a dara compression method for a security camera system. This method reduces the number of output images and total data size. Moreover, it protects privacy of moving objects in input images. We can understand high interframe correlation from images which are inputted from a fixed monitoring camera. We compress multiple input images in to one bitstream by using this correlation. In addition, this bitstream includes information on the moving objects in secrecy by watermarking and storing in a JPEG header. If necessary, we can reconstruct the input image.
