Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Public key infrastructures (PKI) that use certificate of public key and identity-based encryption systems have been designed so far by introducing some assumptions such as computational difficult problems and participation of trusted third party. In this paper, we propose an authentication protocol (3way authentication) that provides entity authentication based on an ID-based encryption scheme based on symmetric-key technique with a trusted device (IST) proposed by Fukaya et al. and compare with several existing schemes.
