Abstract(in English) It is easy to offer the copy of digital data to two or more person or machines according to the development of the communication network environment in recent years. But, data circulation easiness invites problems of uncontrolled data circulation. In this paper, we propose a P2P network architecture where data acquisition can be controlled. It consist of the method of data retrieval, forwarding, and saving.
