Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new technique for extracting an arbitrary object from image sequence by assuming a contour shape model of object. It is difficult to archive extracting a moving object from image sequence with complex background and rapid movement. Nevertheless, the proposed method can extract the moving object by using the transformable contour shape model and particle filtering tracking based on statistical method.
