Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Cognitive Wireless Cloud realizes heterogeneous handover between multiple wireless access carriers. Under this network, it is necessary to discover wireless resources and to select the best one in wide frequency band from 400MHz to 6GHz. It is feared that the time for this series of procedure causes the handover delay. In this paper, we clarify the wireless information necessary to achieve the optimum wireless resource selection, and propose the method by which those information can be acquired in a short time. In addition, wireless information data base and efficiency improvement of use are proposed.
