Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The plethysmogram can be easily detected without stress by using a finger tip sensor. Above all, it is very interesting that the degree of sclerosis can be estimated by evaluating the waveform of the acceleration of the plethysmogram. In addition, the acceleration of the plethysmogram is easily derived from the second derivative of the waveform. We have categorized and visualized our health condition on a Self-Organizing Map (SOM) using the acceleration of the plethysmogram. In this paper, we introduce a new pre-processing method of the accelerated plethysmogram with SOM, where the inflection points of the input acceleration is adjusted to the reference points. This makes it possible to evaluate the waveforms in tearms of similarity. Moreover, we show several results in computer simulation to examine the parameters for learning of SOM.
