| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we present a image coding method using combination of Curved wavelet transforms, and the Lifting wavelet transforms. It takes long time to decide the direction of curve in the divided blocks and the transmitted side information of the decided direction increases in the conventional method. We present a high speed decision of the curve using FFT and decrease the side information using quad tree decomposition. |
