Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report proposes a peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) reduction method for OFDM signals. Hop-field type neural network (NN) is applied to PAPR reduction with tone injection (TI) method. This proposed method is suitable for global search and PAPR is sufficiently reduced, and side information to transmit parameters for PAPR reduction to a receiver is not required. Furthermore, the proposed NN, in which several IFFTs are pruned for neuron state updating, has less computational complexity than that of the conventional NNs.
