Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A Web Service corresponding to individual users(personal Web Service) is expected with progress of ubiquitous environment. In constituting a personal Web Service, the personal identification technique in which the mental feeling of oppression (such as "The user is managed or supervised") is not given to a user is required. In this paper, we propose the personal identification method, which pays its attention to the "sole" which is not yet applied in the biometrics field, by the hetero-core structured optical fiber sensor in an intellectual monitoring space surrounded with the optical fiber, and the personal Web Service using its personal identification technique. Moreover, in order to evaluate the proposed two layer type sole discernment sensor mat, the personal identification algorithm, and the algorithm of the hobbies-and-diversions judging of an individual user in TV programs, we built the sensor mat and an experimental environment on a PC.
