Slot Allocation Management of Division Multiplexing in Mobile Satellite Communication Systems

Abstract(in English) As for the mobile satellite communication, Time Division Multiple Access Methods are used to communicate efficiently because of assigning the time slots without collision. If the time slots are assigned in fixed rate, the data link capacity is not used sufficiently against moving of traffic load. For the time slots are assigned proportionally, the traffic load is measured by the amount of buffer for sending data. We study the way of adapted assign for the fluctuation of traffic, and research the problem of changing the time slots.
