Abstract(in English) Recently, everyone is able to take a picture as digital images easily because digital cameras and cellular phones with camera have spread. And, many users come to open personal movies to the public on the video upload site because Broad band's having spread, too. However, general users except the expert lack the expression ability with media because it needs expensive edit machine parts and software to produce animation from which special effects like TV-CM are given. Therefore, the media service by WebAPI that can decrease the cost of the terminal machine and consolidate various users' knowledge will be expected to spread in the near future. However, WebAPI has the problem with a small range of the media expression ability when WebAPI is combined as they are, because the processing size of WebAPI is larger than that of API in the terminal machine in general. Then, to solve the above issue, it proposes the technique for expanding the media expression ability by combining divided WebAPI, after it divides into WebAPI that the processing size is small by classifying the value of the parameter input to WebAPI in the past.
