Abstract(in English) We performed a simulation of signal transduction in the AWC neuron that is one of the olfactory neuron in C. elegans. However, the signaling pathwayin AWC neuron responds uttlike a vertebrate and Drosophila olfactory neuron. By estimating the signal pathway in C, elegans, we tried to make a model that explain experimental facts.
