Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents design of class DE amplifier with nonlinear shunt capacitance with any output Q. It is assumed that output Q is high in the conventional design of class DE amplifier with nonlinear shunt capacitance because the ideal output filter implement. Furthermore, it is assumed that the impurity concentration that one of the variable of MOSFET nonlinear parasitic capacitance is constant. When high power is demanded, it is required to design by a low Q value. Moreover, the impurity concentration greatly change a nonlinear characteristic of MOSFET. Therefore, it is extremely important to clarify what influence these variables exert on the circuit. In this paper, the design curve of the circuit when the impurity concentration of MOSFET are made to change with any output Q is clarified.
