| 抄録(和) | 本報告は,電流制御型CCIIによる電流モードバイカッド回路について検討している.本バイカッド回路は,4個の電流制御型CCIIと2個の接地キャパシタにより構成されている.本回路は,回路要素のマッチング条件を必要とせず,出力電流の選択により低域通過特性,帯域通過特性,高域通過特性,帯域除去特性,および全域通過特性が実現できる.また,回路パラメータω_0,Qもバイアス電流により直交的に設定することができる.回路の構成要素の変動が特性に与える影響について,素子感度より本回路が低素子感度特性を有することを示している.また,不完全性の影響については,不完全性として電流トラッキングエラー,および電圧トラッキングエラーを考慮して検討している.さらに,PSPICEシミュレーションによる実現例を示し,本回路の有効性を確認している. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper presents a realization of current-mode biquadratic circuit employing second generation current-controlled current conveyors (CCCIIs). The biquadratic circuit is constructed with four CCCIIs and two grounded capacitors. The circuit can realize multiple transfer functions by suitably choosing the output terminals without component matching conditions. Additionally, the circuit parameters o>0 and Q can be set orthogonally through adjusting the bias currents of the CCCIIs. It is shown from sensitivity analysis that the biquadratic circuit enjoys very low sensitivity to the circuit components. The effect of non-idealities of the CCCII is also discussed considering current and voltage tracking errors. An example is given together with simulated results by PSPICE. |
