| Abstract(in English) | The Victim of a disaster needs various bits of information. Unfortunately, the information is unevenly distributed among key spot such as safety areas. The information needed is to complex for reliable human transmission or bulletin boards. Because no fixed information structure can remain effective in the fact of a disaster, victims receive only fragmentary and unreliable information. This confuses the victims and fails minimize the damage. This paper proposes an information sharing system for victims that ensures the authenticity of information. |
