Presentation method for urgent information using listed text and fractional sign language in public space.

Abstract(in English) This paper describes an information presentation method of using listed text and fractional sign language in public space. In this method, the character sentences are made a list. Sentences made a list synchronize with fractional sign language and it is displayed at the same time. This method is located as an universal design to display the message in the railway vehicle. This method could be suitable for promptly transmitting an urgent message of accident information. We developed the prototype of the information presentation system based on the proposal method and executed the evaluation experiment. As a result, it was suggested that the understanding level of the message improve by using the listed sign language.
