Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) 2DFFT (2 Dimentional Fast Fourier Transform) calculation using zero padding method was introduced into an SPT micromagnetic simulator, resulting in a dramatic improvement of the computation speed faster by a factor of 60 than that of the original. Besides, we introduced an exciting magnetic field generated by a solenoid coil. The influences of the thicknesses of an SUL (Soft Under Layer) and an IP (Intermediate plane), and the magnetizations of an SPT pole and an SUL on the SPT head field strength were investigated. As a result, the SPT field was more sensitive to the magnetization of an SPT pole and the thickness of an IP. On the other hand, the thickness and the magnetization of an SUL scarcely affect the field strength, if the magnetization is larger than 1.5 Wb/m^2 and thickness is over 40 nm.
