Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Until now, how the vibration of the heart sound transmitted on the chest wall was not clarified. In this study, we calculate absolute time delay over all observed position using the relative time delay between adjoing positions and solve the shoutest path problem, that is, we propose the method which estimates the transmission route. We measure the heat sound simultaneously on 64 positions on the chest wall of the health subjects, and the transmission route is estimated by the proposal method. As the result, we show that the transmission route of the first sound is estimated the origin of the cardiac apex, and the second is estimated the origin of the aortic value.
