| 抄録(和) | 本報告は,DVCCとその電流モードバイカッド回路への応用について検討している.本バイカッド回路は,2個のプラス型DVCCと4個の接地受動素子により構成されている.本回路は,入出力電流の選択により低域通過特性,帯域通過特性,高域通過特性,帯域除去特性,および全域通過特性が実現できる.また,回路パラメータω_0,Qも受動素子により直交的に設定することができる.回路の構成要素の変動が特性に与える影響について,素子感度より本回路が低素子感度特性を有することを示している.また,DVCCの不完全性の影響については,不完全性としてDVCCのx端子抵抗,電流トラッキングエラー,および電圧トラッキングエラーを考慮して検討している.さらに,PSPICEシミュレーションによる実現例を示し,本回路の有効性を確認している. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper presents a differential voltage current conveyor (DVCC) and its application to current-mode biquadratic circuit. The biquadratic circuit is constructed with two plus type DVCCs and four grounded passive components. The circuit can realize multiple transfer functions by suitably choosing the input and output terminals. Additionally, the circuit parameters o>o and Q can be set orthogonally through adjusting the grounded passive components. It is shown from sensitivity analysis that the biquadratic circuit enjoys very low sensitivity to the circuit components. The effect of non-idealities of the DVCC is also discussed considering x-terminal resistance, current and voltage tracking errors. An example is given together with simulated results by PSPICE. |
