| 抄録(和) | gzipはUNIX系のOSでよく用いられるLZ77型の標準的な可逆圧縮ソフトウェアである.本研究では,gzipのアルゴリズムを利用した情報埋め込みの方法を4通り提案する.提案手法を計算機ファイルに適用した場合,いずれの方法も,情報が埋め込まれたファイルは通常のgzipの復号器によってもとのファイルに復元される.本研究では情報が埋め込まれたファイルのサイズと,埋め込むことができる情報の量を実験的に調査する.また, gzipで圧縮されたファイルのサイズと,情報が埋め込まれたファイルのサイズが完全に一致する情報埋め込みの方法が実現できることも示す. |
| 抄録(英) | Gzip is a lossless data compression software which is often used in UNIX operating systems. In this paper, we propose four new information embedding schemes based on the properties of the gzip algorithm. Given a computer file, these schemes generate files with secret information that can be decoded to the same computer file by the gzip decoder. We investigate the sizes of the generated files and the amount of embedded information by computer simulations. In particular, we show that one of the schemes generates a computer file of the size exactly the same as the size of the-compressed file. |
