| Abstract(in English) | We evaluated test method of Discrete Fourier Transform Test included in NIST randomness test. We suggested our evaluation method in SCIS2006 and SCIS2007 and used it for evaluation. Although NIST randomness test tool was modified in Version 1.7, it was judged that the modification is insufficient in our evaluation result. |
