| Abstract(in English) | Expression of facial contour is an important issue in research area of face. In this paper, we propose a precise expression of facial contour by B-spline function, which is one of parametric curves and is found to be finite dimensional in nature. It is also easy to make a local deformation by using B-spline functions. We also construct a facial caricaturing system by using the parametric B-spline functions. Each facial part can be easily deformed by changing the parameter of B-spline. |
