Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) ACAS(Airborne Collision Avoidance System)is equipped with almost aircraft of the main airline in Japan now. ACAS occurs the RA(Resolution Advisory) when intruder may approach abnormally. When RA is generated, the RA report is reported to the ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport by the pilot to know the situation at the time of RA occurrence. We report the results of ACAS monitoring based to RA reports to the working group of ICAO's panel related to ACAS. RVSM(Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum) was introduced in September 2005 in Japan air boundary. It is that the vertical separation minima of aircraft more than 29000ft is reduced from 2000ft to 1000ft. For RVSM, the usage in air boundary, the situation of ACAS operation and so on after implementation of RVSM may be change. Thus, we compare the RA reports before and after the implementation of RVSM and analyze the situation of RA occurrences. This paper describes the results of analysis.
