| Abstract(in English) | Recent years, concern about technical ethics is increasing. Also at associations other than the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers(IEICE), it is having a discussion on technical ethics actively. The associations which are launching the organization of the "technical ethics examination committee" etc. are also increasing. The "technical ethics conference" was established by the association of 12 including the IEICE in April, 2004. It is "technical ethics conference" sponsorship on October 30, 2006, the second public presentation symposium "expectation for the technical ethics and study association in connection with safety" was held. Writer, it participated as a panelist of a panel discussion "technical safety-how does a association respond?" in this symposium. In this paper on a basis an argument in this panel discussion and subsequent consideration are added, and "relation by technical ethics and a society" is described. Especially, influence which change of the trend of the latest world has on technical ethics, the role of the association about technical ethics etc. is described. |
