Abstract(in English) Recently, there has been many problems regarding the current system of copyright on the Internet. For instance, a developer of a file-sharing software was arrested on suspicion of assisting to violate the copyright law. The need to reconsider the current system of copyright is obvious. In this paper, focusing on the so-called "Winny" case, we examine the problematic points when applying the present copyright system to the Internet.
