Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To fabrication and falsification of experiment data, and plagiarism concerning theses, science & technology ethics are asked. And, the withdrawal of publication and the social sanction to the author are performed. If the science & technology ethics problem is replaced with the copyright problem, the withdrawal of publication and the social sanction to the author become the relations between creation and publication of works, and author's rights and obligations respectively. It is a correlation problem between ownership and its social responsibility on academic contents. This paper proposes correlation problems between ownership of academic contents and its social responsibility when utilization systems of academic contents are integrated by e-journal and e-book.
