| Abstract(in English) | How the internet information of the product safety and recall information of defective product are being disclosed in the countries of Europe, U.S.A. and Japan, the investigations mainly on the consumer product were done. The usefulness and applicability in business of that information obtained thru internet were examined. This report introduces the outline of the results. It was felt that the internet information delivered by mail system in the United States had been higher than other countries one' s on abundance and enhancement of the contents. It is thought that the main reason is in the differences of the mechanism of the national administration, content of judiciary system, and the history of defective product recall system. The sites in Canada and Australia are adopting an easy, comprehensible display method. The consumer information in the internet are very useful for the loss prevention and the risk decrease, therefore those information must be handled with the consideration of importance. |
