Abstract(in English) | Experimental test for high speed IP communication on millimeter band should be carried out using Zeppelin NT airship in Japan. It will be possible to realize and to manage using e-mail, VoIP, multimedia such as image and so on. We present the background, the entire plan and the summary of the R&D on onboard equipments. |
