| Abstract(in English) | When a mobile host sending variable rate video stream with a limited playback buffer handovers between wireless LAN access points, the quality will be affected by the drastic change of the effective bandwidth if the new access point is congested. We present the results of simulations of multiple TFRC video streams on handover on wireless LANs and discuss some schemes to avoid the effect of handovers. |
