| 抄録(和) | 臨場感を高めることを1つの目的として,様々な映像システムが開発されてきている.しかし,臨場感の定量的評価は非常に困難であり,従来から主観評価や,生体計測による臨場感定量化の様々な試みがなされてきているが,再現性の問題などが指摘されている.今回,HDTVから走査線4000本級のスーパーハイビジョンまでの様々な映像システムによって得られる臨場感の定量的評価とその方法論確立を目的として,水平視角を変化させて提示された静止画像に対する主観評価と立位姿勢制御系の応答である重心動揺の測定を行った.その結果,提示水平視角と主観評価,重心動揺総軌跡長の関係,評価指標間の関係,臨場感定量化の方法論の妥当性が明らかとなった. |
| 抄録(英) | Various video systems have been developed for the purpose of the stronger sense of presence, but the quantitative evaluation of the sense is very difficult. Some problems such as an unstability in the quantitative evaluation have been pointed out, though subjective evaluations and physiological responses have been used to evaluate it. This study aims to establish a methodology to clear a quantitative relation between the field of view of the displayed images and the viewer's sense while watching still images with 6 variations of field of view, which correspond to video systems ranging in resolution from high-definition (horizontal field of view is approximately 30arcdeg.) to 4000-scanning-line Super Hi-Vision (100arcdeg.). We assessed the sense by subjective evaluations, and measured viewers' body sway, which is the response of a human equilibrium system, as an index of the sense. The results showed that the quantitative relations between the evaluations and the field of view, and that the validity of the methodology. |
