Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this reserch, the complex relative permittivity tensor is decided using the measured transmission coefficients of the anisotropic sheet in the system constituted with a renz antenna and a Vectol Network Analizer. We measure at various angles transmission coefficients rotating the anisotropic sheet perpendicularly to the incident of electric field to get needed measurement data. By using this teqnique, we decide the relative permittivity tensor of the lossy anisotropic sheet and describe its real and imaginary part of pricipal direction. And we describe the effectivity of this result by confirming that the ingredients of complex relative permittivity tensor converges against the number of the measured transmisstion coeficient.
