Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, branch-stub resonators are designed by genetic algorithm. Through the calculation of the resonator, fundamental characteristics including the control of attenuation poles are examined. After that BPFs using the branch-stub resonators are also designed and calculated. As a result, it is confirmed that the attenuation poles are possible to control independently near the passband. Moreover, the results shows that the BPFs achieved very sharp skirt characteristics by setting the attenuation poles very near the passband.
