Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Using X-ray or electron beam for a protein structure analysis, intensity can be measured. However, phase can't be detected directly. This problem is called "phase problem". It is an essential procedure how to recover the phase information for structure analysis. Recently, Fourier iterative phase retrieval method is introduced to solve the phase problem for non-crystal structure materials. One of necessary conditions of the method is parallel beam. However, ideal parallel beam can not be obtained in experiments of electron microscope. In this report, we propose beam-divergence deconvolution for Fourier iterative phase retrieval method.
