Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In naiioscale materials analysis using X-ray or electron beam, the diffraction patterns of the object are obtained. However the phases of Fourier domain are lost. The Fourier amplitudes of the object function can be derived from diffraction patterns. If we retrieve the Fourier phases, we can derive the target object function. An iterative Fourier transform method was proposed as a phase retrieval method and have achieved sufficient results experimentally, however some theoretical works about iterative method are not enough and theoretical grounds are not gived. Recently, the generalized phase retrival algorithm based on information measures was gived, which includes conventional algorithms. In this paper, we investigate the performances of the generalized phase retrival algorithm through numerical experiments.
