Bi-directional ZVS DC-DC Converter for Photovoltaic cell-EDLC power supply system

Abstract(in English) This paper proposed a novel soft switching Bi-directional DC-DC converter for photovoltaic cell-EDLC power supply system. The proposed converter is using series-connected two transformers and active clamp circuit, MOSFETs of input stage are turned-on in ZVS condition, the power is supplied to the load side and charged to the EDLC on the switching operation. In the experimental results, We are obtained high efficiency 89.2%, 85.5% in the forward flow condition (input voltage 50V, output power 225V/1.5A) and reverse flow condition (input voltage 200V, output power 42V/4A), respectively.
