Abstract(in English)	In order to enlarge our English-Japanese dictionary for machine translation system, the author hired 60 or so students and have got about 70,000 new English-Japanese word pairs registered in 18 months. With all the applications for public financial aids rejected, the author has donated 10,000,000 yen to pay for the work of diligent students. The students are taught about English and Japanese by e_mail and are paid according to the amount of their registration work.
