Abstract(in English)	To construct, administrate, and manage web sites for e-commerce or to provide better services, web masters are required to have specialized knowledge. In this paper, we propose the method of automatic providing personalized services. Using this method, web masters can provide services for customer without adequate knowledge of service. Constructing the web sites and providing personalized services show that out methodology is effective.
