| 抄録(和) | 選好属性とは,プロモーションの対象となる顧客層を特定するために,プロモーションをかける側から顧客の好みや行動パターンを"みなし属性"として定義したものである.これを利用して,企業が行う各プロモーション活動が顧客に適正に分配されるCRMシステムを構築する.具体的には(1)プロモーション対象顧客を絞る,(2)それらの顧客への適正なプロモーション活動を行う,(3)既存のCRMシステムにおける対象顧客以外の顧客へのプロモーション活動も行い,ビジネスチャンスを増やす,(4)一連のプロモーション活動の評価結果を次のプロモーション活動に生かし,新たな対象顧客を見つけ出す,という4要素を特徴とするシステムを構築する. |
| 抄録(英) | The customers' preference attribute is the attribute that customer's favor and action pattern were defined from the side of the promoters. Those attributes are regarded as "Assumed attribute" to specify the target range of customers for promotion. The CRM system from which each promotion activity that the enterprise does is properly distributed by the customer is constructed by using this system. Concretely, we build the system characterized in four elements. (1) The objective customer is focused, (2) Proper promotion is done to the customer, (3) They do the promotion activity to more customers than the object customer in the existing CRM system and increases the business opportunity, (4) They make the best use of the evaluation result of a series of promotion activity for future promotion activity, and discovering a new object customer. |
