Abstract(in English) | Emission region has been investigated in single layer green light emittingpolymer devices by using a optical simulation technique based on Fresnel'stheory. In results, it was found that the emission region is located aroundthe center of the emitting layer when the film thickness is less than 50nm. As the thickness is further increased, the emission region tends to shift tothe cathode side in the position between 20 and 60nm from the interface. Further simulation suggests that the luminance is surely improved by afactor of 2.4 by the control of the emission region within the polymerlayer. |
