Abstract(in English) Spin-coated (Ba,Sr)TiO_3 (BST) thin films have been firstly employed as both first and second insulating layers in thin film electroluminescent devices. The TFEL devices show higher luminance than that of the device having the EB-evaporated Y_2O_3 film and the luminance keeps at almost the same level after accelerated aging at 1kHz for 96h.
