Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A Tx antenna pattern of array antenna in mobile communication base station with FDD does not agree with the Rx pattern when Rx weights are used because the frequency between Tx and Rx is different. In our previous research, we proposed a new array antenna and feeding method without digital signal processing and examined the validity to achieve the same pattern between Rx and Tx in order to solve this problem concerning horizontal adaptive array. In this report, we adopt and evaluate this method to large scale vertical fixed weight array antenna of base station with FDD. Agreement of not only beam direction and null direction but also amplitude by adjusting the number of offset feeding is evaluated by MoM calculation.
