Equivalent Circuit of Linear Antenna Considering Reradiation in Receiving Mode

Abstract(in English) A current distribution in receiving mode is different from that in transmitting mode and it is shown by the superposition of the component proportional to that in transmitting mode and another component. In this case, the former has coupling to receiving terminal but the latter has not coupling. So, a virtual terminal must be considered except for the original receiving terminal, when thinking about an equivalent circuit in receiving mode. In this paper, the equivalent circuit in receiving mode is derived for the linear antenna in consideration of the virtual terminal. Furthermore, it is shown that it can lead the characteristics in receiving mode from the current distribution in transmitting mode, which is derived by moment method.
