Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is difficult for us to make a clear question. This is a serious problem on information retrieval and question answer systems. One of the best ways to make up user's unclear questions, we think, is to ask back to the user. In this paper, we propose a method of acquiring knowledge for asking back to a questioner and answering his/her question by using mails posted a mailing list.
