Abstract(in English) In this paper, we study on the question analysis process to construct more robust QA system. To construct QA system reducing the load of human's information access processing, it is necessary to understand what operation and the cost may exist in the process. Then, we ran the QA task by human. Especially, we analyzed about the relation between cost for human and key word operation in question analysis process by human. Based on the analysis result, we studied on the cost for human and evaluated QA system considering the cost.
