Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Self-assembled monolayer (SAM) has attracted attention for their ability to functionally modify surfaces providing, for example, hydrophobicity, hydrophilicity or biocompatibility. In particular, the research on interaction between surface and protein is important toward elucidation of biomaterial. Wettability and electrostatic property on SAM are important factor in the adsorption of protein. Here, we investigated the effect of zeta-potential and wettability on the adsorption of fibrinogen.
