Abstract(in English) As the increasing subscriber of FTTH service today, the demand for IP-TV service is growing. This paper proposes deployment of GE-PON (Gigabit-Ethernet Passive Optical Network) systems as access networks for IP-TV service. By providing broadcast logical link on GE-PON to IP-TV service and implement authenticator function for IP multicast server to OLT, secure IP-TV system can be achieved. Filtering mechanism for the IP-TV service, channels and programs are proposed as well.
