Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Low phase noise oscillators need resonators with high loaded Q. We suggested a reflection type zeroth-order resonator which consists of the combination of two devices with positive and negative phase constants. It is easy to apply it to an oscillator because the reflection loss of the resonator is hardly dependent on the load of it. In this paper, the configuration and the measurement results of the Ku-band oscillator with a reflection type zeroth-order resonator are reported.
