Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The femtosecond laser processing system with target tracking feature was developed. The astigmatic focus error detection method is used to measure the movement of a target in optical axis direction. The block matching method using the sum of squared difference metric is used to measure the movement in transverse direction. The system can track the target velocities of 225μm/s in transverse direction and 125μm/s in axial direction. |
