Abstract(in English) We propose and demonstrate an actively and harmonically wavelength-tunable mode-locked fiber ring laser using a bismuth-oxide-based erbium-doped fiber amplifier and a bismuth-oxide-based highly nonlinear fiber. The supermode noise can be successfully suppressed, and stable 10-GHz pulses are obtained with a wavelength tuning range over 60nm covering both the C-band and the L-band.
