Abstract(in English) Digital broadcasting technologies and evolution of broadband Internet services will cause the realization of broadcasting services over "Ubiquitous Network" environment soon. Although that some service providers already provide broadcasting services over the Internet, we need a mechanism to choose broadcasting contents based on bandwidth, packet loss, delay, jitter, and so on, to realize broadcasting services over the Internet. In this paper, we propose the Active Adjusting Architecture for broadcast contents delivery, in that, broadcast terminal adjusting not only the broadcast infrastructure but also broadcast contents. In this architecture, broadcast terminal choose the route of broadcast contents delivery flexibly, and choose broadcast contents itself based on the infrastructure. This architecture provides base technology for the migration of telecommunication and broadcasting services, for ubiquitous network.
